What happens during the disease - lobar pneumonia, unspecified

Механизм развития воспаления легких характеризуется возникновением гиперчувствительности. Сильное проявление реакции в дыхательном тракте порождает изменения паренхимы легких воспалительного характера. Процесс, начавшийся в одном или нескольких очагах, через перегородки стремительно разносится по ткани легкого.

 

Травмирование мелких кровеносных и лимфатических сосудов органа иммунными комплексами и бактериальными ферментами обусловливает возникновение проявленных патологий сосудистой проницаемости, а также образование фибринозной жидкости. 

 

Морфологические изменения легочной ткани позволяют выделять 4 стадии развития долевой пневмонии: прилива (появление микробного отека), красного опеченения (альвеолы на пораженном участке наполняются эритроцитами), серого опеченения (происходит уплотнение пораженной ткани), разрешения (наступает на 10 день после микробного отека).
