The wound does not heal

A wound that does not heal is a sign that something is wrong. It can manifest as redness, swelling, pain, drainage, and/or discoloration around the wound. It may be a sign of infection, poor circulation, an underlying medical condition, or a combination of all three. The wound may not respond to traditional treatments like antibiotics or wound care, and may require more advanced medical attention.
