Testicular enlargement

Testicular enlargement is a condition in which the testicles become abnormally large. It can be caused by a variety of underlying conditions, such as testicular cancer and hormonal imbalances. Symptoms include a feeling of heaviness in the scrotum, a feeling of fullness, and an increase in the size of the testicles. In some cases, the testicles may become tender or painful. In more severe cases, the testicles may become so large that they cause discomfort or interfere with activities such as walking or sitting. Treatment depends on the underlying cause, but may include medications, surgery, or hormone therapy.
