Chromhidrosis - what does this mean

Chromhidrosis is a rare condition in which colored sweat is produced from the eccrine sweat glands. it is caused by the presence of chromogenic substances in the sweat, which are normally not present in sweat, and can be either yellow, green, blue, brown, or black in color. this condition is not contagious and is not caused by any underlying medical condition.

What happens during the disease - chromhidrosis

Chromhidrosis is a rare skin disorder characterized by the production of colored sweat, usually yellow, green, blue, or black, from the apocrine sweat glands. it is believed to be caused by an abnormality in the metabolism of skin cells, resulting in the accumulation of colored pigments in the sweat glands, which are then secreted through the sweat ducts. in some cases, the cause of the disorder is unknown, but it is thought to be related to hormonal imbalances, genetic predisposition, or environmental factors.
