Polyarthrosis is a type of arthritis that affects multiple joints in the body. it is caused by inflammation of the joint lining (synovial membrane) that can be triggered by injury, infection, or an underlying autoimmune disorder. symptoms include pain, stiffness, swelling, and decreased range of motion in the affected joints. treatment typically involves the use of anti-inflammatory medications, physical therapy, and lifestyle changes.

What happens during the disease - polyarthrosis

Механизм развития полиартроза у пациентов:

1. Тяжелые физические нагрузки, травмы, перенапряжение. На фоне перегрузки возникает патологическое повреждение здоровой суставной ткани.

2. Нарушение устойчивости хряща на фоне других сопутствующих заболеваний – посттравматического или аутоиммунного артрита, возрастных дегенеративных изменений, нарушения обмена веществ.

 

Патологические изменения негативно влияют на качественный состав синовиальной жидкости, а в условиях плохого питания хрящевой ткани происходит ускоренная гибель хондроцитов (клетки хряща), что приводит к патофизиологическим нарушениям. Такие изменения приводят к ряду осложнений, приводящих к артрозу.
