Anisocoria is a condition in which one pupil is larger than the other. It can be present at birth or develop later in life. Symptoms can include an unequal size of pupils, dilated pupils, or an inability to constrict the pupils in response to light. Depending on the cause, anisocoria can manifest with other symptoms such as eye pain, headaches, double vision, and vision loss.
