What happens during the disease - idiopathic gout

Idiopathic gout is a form of arthritis caused by the accumulation of uric acid crystals in the joints. it is believed to be caused by an underlying metabolic disorder, such as impaired renal excretion of uric acid, or an increase in the production of uric acid. this leads to an increase in the concentration of uric acid in the blood, which then crystallizes in the joints, leading to inflammation, pain, and swelling.
