Anal pain

Anal pain is a symptom that can range from mild to severe. It may be a sharp, cramping sensation or a dull, aching feeling. It can be localized to the anus or radiate to the lower back, buttocks, or legs. Anal pain may be accompanied by itching, burning, or bleeding. It may worsen during or after a bowel movement, and can be caused by a variety of conditions such as hemorrhoids, anal fissures, infections, and inflammatory bowel disease.
