Retrosternal pain

Retrosternal pain is a burning or sharp pain that is felt behind the breastbone. It can be a sign of a heart attack, acid reflux, or other medical condition. It usually begins as a dull, burning sensation and can worsen with deep breathing or movement. It can be accompanied by other symptoms such as nausea, sweating, and shortness of breath.
